Dating Narrative

    • The dating recovered from this feature included a copper broach, which has been broadly dated as Roman. However, given the stratigraphic position of this feature this find was probably residual, and the feature was probably Early Post Medieval. The pottery from this feature has been dated to 1480-1700AD.
