    • Layer (1408) overlay (1389), a redeposited gravel layer. Seen as laid down in Roman period, arising from gravel extraction and perhaps relating to a period of 'reinstatement' of this site for subsequent use as graveyard. Layer (1389) sealed (1507) and (1394), the top fill of pit cut [1393].

Dating Narrative
