Subgroup Narrative Text

    • Pit cut [1425] was dug into (1521), the secondary fill of [1523], that also held primary fill (1522). Both fills held moderate amounts of pot, but were otherwise relatively sterile, and the pit was heavily truncated. The function of this feature is unclear, but was possibly a refuse pit. Pit cut [1523] was dug into (1532), which overlay (1534); both (1532) and (1534) were layers of mixed dumped deposits.

Dating Narrative

    • Seven pot sherds were recovered from fill (1521), all dated to 100-160AD, and six were recovered from (1522), all dated to 120-160AD.
