Dating Narrative

- The dating of this layer was not clear due to a lack of datable cultural inclusions and a the fact it was an interface between the Post Medieval constructions and a series of Roman deposits. Given its stratigraphic position and its the pattern of deposits on site, it is seen as Post Medieval.
