Dating Information

    • Two sherds were recovered from construction cut fill (940), one of which was dated to 1480-1600AD, and the other being residual dated to 1270-1350AD. Two further sherds were recovered from (991) and were dated to 1520-1600AD. Given that this feature was used for drainage for the first period of Post Medieval housing built on the site area, these sherds are all seen as residual and the feature is dated to 1690-1800.
