  • Sandy silt
  • Occa.to moderate inclusions of charcoal
  • Thickness: 0.55 m
  • Located under deposit/spread (834) and has been truncated by modern drain. Roman pottery was found in this fill.
  • Excavated by mattock and trowel in very dry, sunny conditions.
