Description
- Friable
- Mid brown to dark greyish brown
- Sandy silt
- Occa. medium pot sherds; occa. medium CBM, frequent sub-angular medium pebbles; occa. oyster shell; occa nails.
- c. 1.7m (EW), c. 1.4m (NS) x 0.4m (d)
- Fill grades into dark grayish brown at the base. Several small burnt patches were in the fill on the E side, possibly representing un-urned cremations.
- Excavated with mattock, machine and trowel in cool conditions.
