- Layer (834) overlay (826) the fill of irregular cut pit [827], which although very diffuse, was believed to cut fill (831) of pit [830]. The heavily mixed abraded fill of this pit indicates that it was a refuse pit.

Dating Narrative

- No datable material was recovered from this feature due to the heavy abrasion of the inclusions; however due to its stratigraphic position, it is seen as Roman.
