They overlay primary fill (824), with the cut and primary fill being seen as resulting from quarrying, and the secondary fills, which form this group are seen as later events and usage.

Dating Information

    • One sherd was recovered from fill (823), which was broadly dated to 500-400 AD. However 10 sherds were recovered from context (822), which were dated to 50-160 AD.
