- Underlying the modern overburden, (938) formed the mixed Post-Medieval Rubble backfill of soak-away {936}, underlying (938), was backfill (939), which overlay (991), a cessy, waste fill of the soak-away. Context (938) is seen as a later backfilling event, with the deposit being laid down after the abandonment of the soakaway.

- A total of seven pot sherds were recovered from this fill, six of which were dated to 1600-1650AD, and the remaining sherd was dated to 1270-1500AD; this latter sherd is seen as residual.
