Description

    • Cut of large pit (possible soak-away?). It has cut through many previous features (all or most of which seem to be other large pits judging by what can be seen in the sides of this cut). Some slippage has distorted its shape slightly, but it remains a fairly solid, steep cut.

    • It now seems possible this is a re-cut of another pit, [603] which is very similar in shape but slightly larger in size.
