Description

    • Fill attached to and partially surrounding a disturbed cremation urn burial. Though it is recorded as stratigraphically above (1468) on the matrix here, it was actually within (1468), there being no cut to the urn. It has obviously been thrown into the pit [1469] in the latter stage of silting (deliberately or unintentionally). Nb. composed of one large piece of base and other broken pieces.
