- Cut [1004] was dug into (1115), the fill of small cut [1116], which was seen as a refuse pit. Cut [1116] was dug into (660=(852), one of the latest fills of the large quarry cut recorded in subgroup 209. Pit [942] was cut into (952), the upper fill of [950], a small pit that also contained primary fill (951). This small feature was heavily truncated and its function is seen as a refuse pit.

Dating Information

- A total of three pot sherds were recovered from the fills of [950], and all of them were dated to 50-160AD. No datable finds were recovered from the fills of pit cut [1116], but given its stratigraphic position it is seen as early Roman.
