Description
-
- Fill of linear feature - poss Roman drain [1482] or boundary. Similar to (1470) but it's been truncated so W of [1444] it is (1470), and E of [1444] it is [1472]. And the linear possibly turns S and that part has number (1479)/[1478]. These fills are backfills of a boundary or drain. However (1479) contains more rubble than the other two fills so it could be another feature alltogether. The relationship between 1472 and 1479 is lost due to machining. If they're not part of the smae feature, they could at least be contemporary.
